The "Eleventh Annual Fargo Police Community Picnic" will be held in Island Park. The picnic is an effort by the Fargo Police Department to bring the community, police officers and other agencies, together in a casual setting to learn about their services.
Free food, soda and entertainment are available. Vendors also sell additional food and beverages. The Fargo Police Department and other community agencies will have booths with information about their services.

It is a night to celebrate good neighbors and crime prevention. On this night the Fargo Police Department and the Fargo Fire Department will be making a special effort to visit as many block parties as possible. Prizes will be given out to organizers and participants of National Night Out. To participate, citizens need to have a block party on
